SpiritPath Retreat Facilitators

SpiritPath facilitators are not leaders in the conventional sense of the word. They are not here to tell you what to do or push you into action, like a boss or a commander. The real meaning of the word leader is “someone who presents others with an opportunity”. Being a leader of the retreat, my job is to present you with an opportunity to enter you process of transformation and reach the outcomes you have set to achieve out of your participation. It is the participants’ responsibility to generate the retreat through their participation, determination and proper effort, in order to reach what is possible for them to attain at this stage of development. Each human being holds their own map of evolution and is the sole driver of their experience. The job of the SpiritPath facilitator is to assist each participant in discovering and expanding their own power of transformation, by holding the space of possibility, providing new opportunity for perception and empowering them on their road to their highest potential.

At SpiritPath, we believe the highest benefit is achieved when each participant takes responsibility for generating their retreat. This includes making sure they stay on track and utilizing the help of the facilitators. The facilitators are as much on the journey during the retreat, as the participants – they have traveled enough to be able to hold space for others and quickly distinguish opportunities for power in the face of challenges.
