Activities and Schedule:
The main benefit during the retreat comes from being removed from the habitual, routine reality and continuously immersed in the harmonious force field of Mother Nature, here at the Amazon Rainforest. The process of alignment with that power of the forest will be energized and supported with the exercises and modalities from different paths of healing and transformation.
The official schedule of the day, during the retreat, consists of group meditations, a session of physical exercise, a session of bodywork or energy work, personal coaching, plant diets and frequent nightly ceremonies.
The rest of the time is free. Participants can engross themselves in a wide range of meditative activities, interact with others or meditate on their own. The day is aimed at bringing the participants into the moment, where the cleansing power of the forest can work it's magic. In addition, we will be taking occasional treks and hikes into the jungle to visit native villages and unique sites, and create magical Ayahuasca ceremonies, utilizing the pure force of nature for profound spiritual work. Along with Ayahuasca and San Pedro, which are the main teacher plants in that region, there is an option of complementing the healing process with other medicinal plants, that grow in abundance throughout the area.

Nutrition during the Retreat:
We consider the proper diet to be of utmost importance during the cleansing and transformation process. For most of the retreat, we will follow a strict dietary regimen of locally available vegetables, grains and fruits. During plant diets, we implement an even stricter regiment, eliminating all salt and sugar from our diet. The meals are very simple, nutritious and well prepared. Visit our nutrition page for information about the diet during the retreat.
